Q: What type of services do you provide?
A: We specialize in temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire placement of a wide range of specialized positions.
Q: Is there a fee for your service?
A: No, we never charge a fee to assist you in finding a position.
Q: Do I have to interview with you in person?
A: Generally the answer is yes. If you're seeking a position in a local area where a branch office is relatively close, we request you come to see us in person as we will be able to provide the best possible assistance in your job search.
Q: How long will it take for you to find me a position?
A: You are unique. We aim to create a customized search based on your skills and experience. Therefore, the length of time to secure a position varies with every Associate.
Q: Do I have to take skills assessments?
A: Most Associates wishing to be considered for temporary or temporary-to-hire positions will be required to conduct basic skill assessments. Assessments are based on your previous work experience and skills. We offer online evaluations which means you'll be able to complete the assessment at the comfort of your own home at a time that is most convenient for you. Most Associates being considered fordirect-hire positions are not required to complete skill assessments.
Q: How often do I get paid?
A: We pay our Associates on a weekly basis. Timesheets must be faxed to the office no later than 7:00 PM EST each Friday.
